This seems wrong. Gorkana should charge businesses for those adverts. The industry over-reliance on interns will not evolve unless everyone makes an effort, and that includes job posting sites.
On the other hand, making internship advertising free might encourage companies to open up to people from different background rather than relying on hearsay. One can wish.
